Create accessible, relevant learning opportunities for artists, administrators, and arts organizations across New York State, many of whom lacked consistent professional development support.

As Program Manager, I designed and led a portfolio of hybrid educational offerings, including in-person events, online courses, and live webinars. I developed original content, coordinated speakers and schedules, produced L&D materials, and oversaw branding and promotion for:
