How to reset your Instagram Password

If I had a nickel for every time a client has said "I don't know my Instagram password it was created by an employee that no longer works for me.⁣

So, "Here's the thing.... create a Gmail or Free email for your business or a universal email such as info@ or hello@ - an email designated for social media platforms and easily accessible by you and staff.⁣

Use this email for your social media accounts with passwords that are complex but within a theme. This way - no matter what - your business can always access your social media accounts.⁣

Why? Because there are few things that are more confusing for one of your potential customers than finding multiple Social Media platforms for your business and them trying to figure out which one is the current one for them to follow and engage with.⁣

PRO TIP: If your employee created your account odds are it's under their email or phone number - it's easy to search your past employer's email or phone number - it's worth it to get in touch with them and get your information. No matter the situation - it's worth it to not start over and create a new account.
